The place was lovely. Rooms were a bit run down and could do with renovations. The floor in the bedroom wasn't very clean. The pool was a bit dirty, could see like dirt floating especially in the kiddies pool. Staff were very helpful. Overall, had a very nice time there.

if you can give some input, maybe the women's swimming pool rinsing room can be made more secure, because the place is quite quiet and hidden, it is less visible to the staff if something happens

The location is quite far from the Gempol highway but this is an added value for those who want to enjoy the day without traffic noise, coupled with the beautiful view that can be seen from the room window. The breakfast menu options are quite varied, although there are some foods that tend to be salty. The cleanliness of the room and furniture is beyond doubt, the only shortcoming is the noise level. This will be the main choice if I go to Malang again.

The parking area is spacious, but often full when there are events such as weddings and others, if you check in when it rains it's a bit troublesome to unload your luggage. But don't worry, the hotel provides a shuttle car to help carry your luggage to the lobby.
