It was great staying at Harris Hotel Sentul City Bogor... Came early before check in time and had to wait until 2 pm. So we were waiting at lobby and after a while, Putri from front desk said that we don't have to wait until 2 pm; the room is ready at 10 am. Very nice!! Thank you, Putri.

The hotel staff was very responsive when we complained that there were hotel guests who made a scene/ran around during lunch until our children hit the dining table and broke glasses. Thank you for the excellent feedback and in our opinion, it is recommended for a vacation because besides being cheap, the facilities are also complete for children.

The facilities in the room are quite complete.
There is a dispenser in the hallway to refill mineral water.
The food is delicious (I ordered room service).
Many recreational facilities in the hotel area.
The water in the bathroom is warm and the shower is easy to adjust.
(-) The faucet in the bathroom sink is broken, because it came off the handle, but it can still be used.
The playground (dino club) is a bit dirty, it should be cleaned regularly. It would be better if there was a soft carpet on the floor so it is safe for children.

In my opinion, this is a kids-friendly hotel, the swimming pool is great for kids. The children's play facilities are cool, there is a soccer field, indoor and outdoor playgrounds like slides and trampolines (shown in the photo), there is a flying fox, bicycles, rabbit farm, and there is also a badminton court. Please fix the shower in room 707. Because the shower head is not comfortable anymore. So every time you want to use it, you have to remove it from the stand. Because if you don't, the water will flow to the wall. The toilet is also the type that doesn't use a jet shower, right? It's a bit uncomfortable for me. Oh yeah, there's no faucet in the shower that has a regular bottom faucet. So if you want to do ablution, it's difficult, you have no choice but to do ablution at the sink. For the room, it's okay. There are dispenser facilities on each floor. So you're free to get a drink whenever you want. The outdoor activities are also okay. If you bring children, they will definitely like it. My nephew didn't want to go home or move hotels :). For the swimming pool, the water might have too much chlorine. So it stings my eyes. For the location, it's not far from the toll gate. With a mall. So you don't have a headache if you want to find food outside.

During the Christmas and New Year holidays, our family stayed here. Children's play facilities are provided at this hotel. We even had dinner at the glamping while enjoying live music so we didn't need to leave the hotel again because there are quite a lot of play facilities at this hotel.

The location is near the shopping center so it's not confusing if you want to find food outside. The facilities for children are really good, there is a swimming pool, kids corner, lots of kids activities, there are rabbits and birds too so the children are happy. Breakfast is okay, lots of choices. It's just that the room is a bit noisy, on the upper floor there are people running and shifting chairs that can be heard very well.
