Ac ga bisa lebih dingin, hanya sejuk. Dapat kompensasi pindah room, sangat bagus. Staff sangat helpful, namun team engineering yg handle sedikit clueless ttg apa yg terjadi dengan ac dan cukup kurang menguasai apa yg dibahas. Wifi cukup buruk, koneksi internet via wifi tidak bs terlalu jauh dr arah koridor, makin ke ujung kamar koneksi internet makin buruk.

I love the cleanliness of the room but rather uncomfortable with the laundry service. When I pressed number 0 in the room, had a response at Sunday morning, but no one came to my room at that time, maybe need to have a different lane about picking and delivering laundry up. Thank you.

Nice hotel to stay. Cleanliness and crew politeness is amazing. Place is strategic because it is near manggarai airport station which I prefer used when going and going back to Soehat Airport.
