Lovely villa next to sunset point.

The room is clean and spacious. Suitable for those who want peace. It's just that the road to the hotel is quiet and rocky.

Clean comfortable quiet, but less palyanan aja same breakfast, pas breakfast I cook indomie own didapurnya, because the waiter is not there.

It was very great to stay there for two nights. The place and staffs are nice, also kind. I love spending my nights at Harta Villas. The staffs are also helpful.

The place is a bit hard to find, but pretty close to the beach. Had to die electricity, his staff just one on guard.

The air conditioner didn't work at first, but the owner gave us another room and it's perfect.

A great place for family vacation

For the first time in many years, I experienced obstacles at check-in. My name is not listed on their guest list that day. A receptionist, whose name I do not know, asked when I booked and I answered more than 1 week ago, then he said that other guests have booked since 1 month ago .. It's not my business because all I know is that I have a booking And pay to stay there. Then in front of me the receptionist phoned the innkeeper and in their conversation it was heard that on that day their inn was fully-booked but there was room leftover. Then, the receptionist drove me to a joglo behind another bungalow, with no view of the park and pool as I had ordered (and paid). I refused because the rooms did not fit and the receptionist said that it's ok if I do not so stay there because I can look for other lodging. Of course I am a little upset because I will not budge from there before my money back. I immediately called the customer service and when I was calling, the receptionist came back to us and drove us to the room as we ordered. What a terrible service for an inn that should put forth hospitality. I regret staying there because of the bad location of the lodge, having to pass through the ugly and very dark wavy roads at night. Standard room.

Good, convenient, but the first day does not fit the order

Harta Lembongan hotel is very nice place to relax and near from Mushroom Bay (only about 5min. walking) The staffs are friendly especially Mr. budi who help me and my husband a lot. Thank you very much.
