The hotel is a bit dark outside at night, it would be better to add more lighting to the yard so it doesn't seem scary. But the service is okay, the receptionist is also friendly. Improve the facilities again.

If it is cleaner and it turns out that the swimming pool is not in the same location as the hotel. So if you think the swimming pool is in the same location as the hotel, you are very wrong, maybe the app needs to add things like this, if there is no swimming pool in the hotel, enter it in the description, so that it is not misleading because the picture and reality are very different.

Honest review, when we first entered to check in there was no receptionist in the lobby and we waited up to 30 minutes and even then we wandered around looking for the person on guard, it was dark when we entered and after we wanted to enter the room we were still waiting, the room was still being prepared, mopped and so on -Otherwise, I waited for about 10 minutes, when I entered the room it turned out that the room was dirty and dusty as if it had never been lived in and did not reflect the hotel, the water was yellow, the bed sheets had lots of dirty spots, even worse, there were lipstick marks on the bed sheets, the shower water was dead, the electricity was off for hours 12 at night, almost half an hour before it started again, even though there was a generator but it didn't turn it on, the second day the water was dead from afternoon until morning. Finally we as a family didn't take a shower, we complained but the answer was not satisfactory, the hotel was quiet and dark, please review again because with the price I had spent for 2 days I was really very, very dissatisfied and very disappointed, 2 nights 1.1 million, no mineral water provided in the room, no glasses, no water heater to make coffee or milk and I happen to have a toddler who is still breastfeeding so I want to make milk which is really complicated. I'm sorry, I don't want to kill people's fortunes, but don't let other customers be disappointed like me.

The owner is very cooperative during high season, gives lots of bonuses & conveniences, only it turns out the swimming pool doesn't belong to this hotel, we were given a voucher for a swimming pool 300 m near the hotel, but for the price it should be very worth it.

It's really sad that everything is dirty 🥲 dirty towels, dirty blankets, lights out! And one more sad thing is there is no pool! But it says there is a pool! Turns out it was a voucher and only for 1 adult and 1 child, for the others you had to pay again!

The worst hotel, I booked a room all the way to the location, the room was full. And the money cannot be refunded. The question is where does the money go if not to the hotel. Then the guard is not a solution.

It really doesn't match what was photographed. If you use a hotel name, it's at least decent, like a *1 hotel, this is a guesthouse. If you ordered a double bed room, you were given a cheaper twin bed room. The electricity went out and I didn't want to turn on the generator. Finally I had to shower in the bathroom of another room which had water flowing directly from the top tank. There is no water in the room.

Does not match the detailed explanation in the app: 1. The room smells like it hasn't been used for a long time. 2. The bathroom is worse, dirty and inadequate. 3. The hotel was quiet (it seemed like I was the only one staying here) and it was a bit scary. 4. In the application in the gallery about the hotel there is a mini water park, in fact there isn't one, let alone a mini water park, there isn't even a small pool for children. One of the things I was interested in booking was this hotel because there was a mini waterpark. Until I was confused, I explained to the children because there was no water park. It turned out that the water park was in another location and a voucher was given, and the location was quite far. It's also a hassle having to carry toiletries from the hotel to the Watwr Park location and back to the hotel. 5. I paid a lot for this accommodation but the facilities were very disappointing, I felt lied to. Input for teaveloka, be more careful in collaborating with the hotel, if there are complaints like this, the app will also be harmed.

Hotel terparah yang pernah ada padahal saya booking untuk 2 malam, datang ke hotel reseptionist tidak ada sampai lumayan menunggu lama, lalu coba masuk lebih ke dalam hotel sangat seram dan sepi tidak ada aktivitas. Fasilitas tidak sesuai foto yang di pasang di app dengan banyak kolam renang karena tempat tidak seluas di foto. Tolong untuk app di review apakah hotel ini masih layak untuk tetap ada di app jangan cuma banyak-banyakin hotel aja. Saya benar-benar merasa tertipu akhirnya saya memutuskan booking hotel lain dadakan karena membayangkan tidak memungkinkan menginap di sana bersama keluarga.

Hotel location on the side of the road. Near sate tegal, alfamart, mosque and waterpark. The waiter is quite friendly, only one. Aqua refill water is provided in the restaurant. The room is quite clean, comfortable. The AC is great. The room is quite clean. Affordable price.

The hotel staff is friendly, enough for resting, the only minus is that the TV doesn't work. The plus is getting free tickets to the waterpark for 1 child and 1 adult 😍 adding an adult ticket is only 40 thousand, the place is also nice, my child is happy hahaa thank you.
