No internet Wi-Fi, no TV cable, no antenna, no toiletries (I got a towel though, which is suitable to wipe a floor, because it's stink and dirty, no black drapes, and the thing that upset me the most is, we don't get free parking as a guest.

Good service, the drawback is the bathroom exhaust is dead, there is no drinking water gallon, the kitchen equipment cannot be used, otherwise it is ok.

Booked this studio apartment, the mattress is not good enough because it is thin and rickety. Basic necessities are okay but, there is no trash can. The good thing is there is a stove and a pan to boil hot water.

got a unit on the 9th floor with a direct view to the swimming pool...
the unit is clean, the utilities are complete,
I think I will often staycation here ❤️❤️
unfortunately when we stayed, the swimming pool was under maintenance.

From the photos I thought the unit would be sparkling clean, but it turned out not to be. When I entered, the smell of dust was really strong. This unit really needs renovation.
- Sheets are torn
- Towels are worn out
- The leather sofa is cracked, very uncomfortable to sit on
- The curtains are not working anymore and are dirty and badly stained
- Dirty floor
- There is a washbasin but the washing soap is by request. When I arrived, it was only green water, meaning there was no soap
- There is also a dispenser, just for display, no drinking water. There are no glasses either.
Pluses:
- Strategic location, if you want to go to Lembang, it's good. Via a route that is not too busy, just be prepared to use a city car.
- The swimming pool facilities are clean
- The location is on the corner and quiet, no disturbing noises.
Have stayed in other apartments and the facilities are more complete. Hopefully this will be input for the owner and those who take care of it so that they can be more detailed.

Staying at Parahyangan Apartment is always fun, including with this High Livin provider.
With a cheaper price than competing providers, of course the facilities obtained are different.
- No wifi available, so prepare your own internet quota according to your needs.
- Thin blanket. Consider bringing your own backup blanket
- Thin head pillow around 350-450 grams. Consider bringing your own pillow for those who need a high head position to sleep.
- There are kitchen facilities, but they cannot be used
- There are water dispenser facilities, but they cannot be used
- Of the 6 building lift facilities (2 customer lifts & 1 freight lift for each tower), the access card can only be used on 2 lifts: lift no. 2 in the South Tower & lift no. 5 in the North Tower.
So it's a bit tricky from the basement parking lot, because you have to wait for the right lift to go up to the tower
Apart from the absence of all the facilities above, everything is fun.
