The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is very close to Tanah Abang and Sarinah.

The location is close to the city center of Jakarta, which I am currently visiting.

overnight for transit only, all staff are friendly, mas reza fo, staff at the restaurant & security men from the beginning until co entered the taxi (the one who helped co was Pak Wawan I think his name), the room is small but fortunately got a beautiful view on the 8th floor even though it didn't go around the HI roundabout, close to sarinah on foot, suggestions: to pay more attention to the notes (didn't ask for connecting but got a connecting room so the sound from the next room was really audible, it seems the soundproofing is really bad); even asked for a razor, it took so long to arrive, it took 1 hour to arrive, even then had to be called again to 0 to arrive; the menu at the restaurant is not very varied; room maintenance needs to be improved, stained carpets need to be maintained again & dust etc. needs to be considered too, but overall OK, tq

The breakfast is complete. The room is also comfortable.

The atmosphere during the day is a bit quiet for looking for options to buy food, but at night there are lots of options to choose from.

Parking is less representative, breakfast is less varied and not always refilled quickly.

Good hotel. There was a mosquito problem. But after being sprayed by the hotel, the mosquitoes were no longer bothered.

It's really fun to stay here, close to the culinary area in Sarinah, it can be a destination for walking around and culinary.

Fast check in and check out process, comfortable and clean room, nice view from the room city view, very strategic location near sarinah, variety of food at breakfast is quite diverse and delicious, hotel staff to security are friendly and helpful. Only the vehicle parking area is not too big.

The hotel location is very strategic

Location near Bundaran HI. Close to the main road. Close to the busway terminal. The room is clean and quite spacious. The soap, shampoo and hand wash use good quality products. The check in/out process is fast. There is a laundry room available for guests.
