The staff are friendly and helpful, stayed here because there was an impactnation event at Istora, the hotel location is close to the GBK complex, take a motorbike taxi for around 5 minutes, the price is pocket friendly, the facilities are ok, the room is clean, the AC is cold, there is hot water, you can also check in early if the room is empty, it's easy looking for food or breakfast, there is also a 24-hour minimarket opposite. If it's busy at night, the food sellers are not afraid of it being quiet. Next, if there's an event near Gbk again, I'll definitely stay here again :).

The location is very suitable for needs in the GBK area, and I stay here quite often. But this time I got a room on the ground floor which was not soundproof, I could hear the sound of people going up and down the stairs, the sound of people chatting in the lobby and on the stairs, especially if someone was laughing. I was surprised to hear that because I wanted to rest and was disturbed. Even though there is a sign that smoking is prohibited in the room and outside the room, the aroma of cigarettes can still be smelled by my very sensitive nose. It seemed like cigarette smoke was coming from the lobby door, and I could smell it after 10 pm and below 8 in the morning, because at 8 I was already active and only returned to the room at night. I told the staff, but the night and the next morning it still smelled (maybe because the staff changed, so I don't know if there were any complaints about this cigarette smoke). Tried to cover my nose with a blanket, so as not to be too disturbed by the smell of cigarette smoke that was coming from who knows where, it turned out that the smell on the blanket wasn't any better (the smell of slobber). . I want to complain at night but I'm too lazy to wear my pajamas. Finally, the next morning it was delivered to the staff and finally replaced with a new one. The experience of staying here this time was very uncomfortable, hopefully in the future it will be as comfortable as usual.
