The security guard was playing with his cellphone when asked, the water tap was broken and could only be used for showering, most of the breakfast was sold out and not restocked even though it was only 7 o'clock.

I recently spent time staying at Horison Suite & Residences Iswara Bekasi, and it was a truly memorable experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff, giving me a positive first impression. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making me feel at ease after a long journey.
The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, equipped with modern furnishings and adequate facilities. The comfortable bed made me sleep soundly after a long day of activities. I really appreciated the presence of a kitchenette in the suite, which made it easy for me to prepare snacks and drinks.
One of the best experiences during my stay was enjoying breakfast at the hotel restaurant. A variety of menu choices were available, ranging from local to international cuisine, all delicious and fresh. The calm and comfortable atmosphere of the restaurant also added to the comfort when enjoying mealtimes.
Other hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and fitness center, were also no less interesting. I had the chance to try swimming and spend time by the pool, enjoying the relaxing atmosphere created by the surrounding environment. The staff were also very helpful and responsive when I needed information or assistance.
The hotel's strategic location allows easy access to various shopping centers and dining places in Bekasi, so after resting, I was able to explore without any difficulty.
Overall, staying at Horison Suite & Residences Iswara Bekasi was a very satisfying experience. The combination of friendly service, complete facilities, and comfortable rooms make me look forward to coming back again. At first, it was a bit complicated, going back and forth to the receptionist 3 times because I was given a lift access card that did not match the floor I was staying at, but the receptionist was fast in responding, the room and facilities were all okay, the room size was also spacious, it's just that there was no refrigerator in the room... suitable for a family vacation, even the kids enjoyed staying here.

Just arrived and was greeted by security who were not friendly and not very informative, we did not know if there were apartments and hotels in one location, but the security asked in an unfriendly manner and did not provide complete directions. We ordered a junior suite requesting a city view and smoking room at the receptionist but when we arrived at the room we got one facing the next building, when asked again by chat to the receptionist it turned out that the only smoking room left was this, again not very informative at the beginning. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable for bringing the family. The only thing missing is towels for swimming. Out of the two rooms, only 1 was given. But everything is okay, I will definitely come back next time.
