This is the first time I had a bad experience staying at a hotel. There is a fee for extra pillows, and the kids also pay for breakfast. The staff is also unfriendly, is the hotel really attacked by the staff? Even though I often stay at hotels, this is the first time it's uncomfortable. Extra pillows are always free and the kids never pay for breakfast. One more thing, they remind me to check out every hour from 11, wow, so annoying!

My 2nd experience trying Horison's Junior Suite. This time I got a different room than before (517). But this room was no better. The refrigerator here was not cold, even ants got in, no wonder the first time I entered the room, I saw snacks put in there. The TV was also the same, both were not working properly. Maybe this is the main problem in every room in this hotel. It's a shame that the junior suite class, the TV is still an old-fashioned TV whose channels often disappear. It's worse than the rooms on the 2nd floor that already use Smart TV. I think I've complained about this TV problem a lot, but until now there has been no change. Even though every time I check out.

This is my second experience staying in this junior suite 417. This time I wrote a review without having to wait for checkout because I was really disappointed. There was nothing special during this stay period, in fact the service is getting worse. Today I was given a room that was still vcn, there were no bath towels in the room. When I wanted to take a shower, I realized it and immediately tried to contact the reception using the telephone in the room. It turned out that one of the telephones didn't work, it was better to just unplug it. I also contacted via WhatsApp and asked for the towel to be delivered immediately, along with a small towel. After waiting for 15 minutes, HK just arrived, but only brought a large towel. I asked for the small towel to be delivered again, but he didn't come back. Is this new HK or what? And again, I'm really not satisfied with the TV service in this room. It seems like Horison never wants to improve its services, how many times have people complained about this TV problem, but there has never been any change. To the owner, please pay attention to complaints. junior suite class, the TV is inferior to the TV in the 2nd floor room which has a smart TV. the internet service too. can't connect at all. even though it's the middle of the night. it turns out that buying a room with a higher rate, does not guarantee that you will get better services & facilities.

The only downside is that it's not very responsive. I've contacted several times to have the TV repaired but no technician has come. I've even tried fiddling with the remote but it still doesn't work. It's quite a long time to be stuck in the room without the TV.

Quite a long queue to be served check in. Interior such as carpet needs to be upgraded, many are torn, bubbled and stains are clearly visible. Live music from the cafe across the way is quite disturbing rest time.

It took a long time to check in, the officers kept coming and going, it turned out that maybe they didn't understand so they had to queue during check in, the swimming pool wasn't ready even though I chose it because I wanted to swim, so I only went swimming on Saturday, plus the interior was outdated, the water heater was not good, and the room was full of ants, this is the first time I've stayed in a star hotel with ants.

Great. If possible, the AC should be ON when the guest arrives. So it will be more comfortable when entering the room.

This is the first time I found this type of JS sold on OTA. Because I was curious, I immediately booked it. I got a room at 517. When I entered the room, my first impression was okay. The room is quite spacious, and relatively cheap, the rate is around 1 million. The bathroom is nice, spacious and bright! There is a bathtub separate from the shower. So nice. But the same problem with the other rooms. The shower needs to be maintained often. The water doesn't come out evenly from the shower hole, many holes are clogged. There are 2 TVs, in the bed area and the living room. But the one in the bed area is still the same as the other rooms, it often loses channels. The only sane one is the TV in the living room. But it's a shame it's not a smart TV, even though when I asked at the reception, "Is there a smart TV in the room?" He said yes 😭. Maybe he didn't hear or didn't know what smart TV means. We don't know. But please, for Horison, you really need to upgrade your facilities! Why are you still using an old TV that often loses channels? And why are only the rooms on the 2nd floor equipped with smart TVs? Furthermore, because the AC is only in the part of the room with the bed, so if you sit in the living room area it feels a bit hot. If it's a suite type, it should use central AC. But anw, there is a welcome cake. Thanks! Complete dining equipment is also provided. And it turns out there are free snacks & drinks! I thought that was a paid minibar 😅 So I didn't take it.

Old furniture is not maintained and dirty but all services are okay.
