security lobby, receptionist is very friendly..
I had breakfast on December 13th, it seems that all restaurant staff need to improve their work SOP:
1. no welcoming the guest, greeter (🤰) only ask room number
2. all staff not friendly
3. I was very disturbed by the staff who were polishing in the bar area, the noisy sound of spoon and fork was very disturbing and made me uncomfortable during breakfast!! like not a breakfast in general in a hotel restaurant!!
4. steam rice overcooked (dry and hard when eaten, but fried rice it's very good💙
5. no farewell with guest or say thank you with guest!! it's very bad for a hotel class restaurant!!! even better Padang cuisine restaurant, there is still say thank you with guest, I know maybe all staff tired at working but guest need professional service?!!!

The room ambiance is quite creepy, maybe because they use old stuff. But it's safe, there's nothing strange. The breakfast menu has very few choices and the taste is lacking.

At first I got a rather scary room, but the staff was kind and asked me to change the room and was given a better one. Thanks. Comfortable for a family or 3 people. Some of the room facilities need to be updated, the hot water dispenser was broken, so I didn't have time to drink coffee in the morning 😁

From entering the lobby, going down the elevator, when I wanted to enter the room I saw the old model access card, the door was shabby, when I entered the room I was even less enthusiastic, it didn't match the REAL price, I was disappointed, I booked for 2 nights, only used it for 1 night, it didn't match the photo in the app

Actually the room is quite spacious for a one-bed room but the facilities are lacking, such as foot mats (mats), washcloths are not available, when we asked for them they were given, but the foot mats are really not suitable, the cloth is already in disarray. The sink faucet is leaking, the water can't be turned off. The residence room looks old, the floor is also still an old building, the bathroom is still a bath tube model. The location is quite strategic in South Jakarta. For breakfast, the menu is quite varied and the taste is quite good. My suggestion for the future, hopefully more attention will be paid to room facilities.
