I stayed here and rented 2 rooms, one with breakfast and one without breakfast, no toothbrush, soap and shampoo, and the one with breakfast was complete, there were 6 snacks, what should I do? The one without breakfast cost 220 straight away, no toiletries, only 1 towel, and another thing is that the hotel doesn't have hot water 🥶🥶🥶

I apologize for the room, it already includes towels + dental kits, maybe if there is no dental kit, it is our housekeeping team who accidentally did not give it to your room. Next time if you stay again, if there is a problem like that, immediately contact the receptionist so that they can provide what is lacking. Thank you.

Pelayanan ramah, masuk pertama ke kamar ada kecoak lagi jalan-jalan di ranjang, besok lagi minta tolong di pastikan bersih dri serangga atau disemprot pake pembasmi serangga ya, kamar mandi bersih, air panas dingin ada dan kenceng. Miss nya 1 aja, kecoa.

As a 2 star hotel, it is quite satisfying, the Junior size rooms are quite large, the bathroom is also elongated and large. The parking area is quite large, there are 2 parking lots, namely in front of the hotel and inside. Receptionists are friendly enough at check in and check out. The quality and variety of food is quite diverse and has a decent taste. There are a few obstacles namely: TV remote is not good and the wall perfume remote is not functioning
