The first time I stayed here. The first time I came, the receptionist seemed quite tired (seeing the hotel which was very full of guests) so that welcoming the guests who came was a little unfriendly. Second, when it was time for breakfast, this was more personal because it depended on each person's personal taste, but according to the dishes served, there was no taste at all. Bland fried rice with anchovies, chicken with butter sauce that had no taste but for cold sweet drinks it was delicious and the cake was sweet and delicious. Third, the room was too narrow for a king bed size, the room was narrow, the bathroom facilities were incomplete in my opinion. Fourth, the layout of the room seemed like there was no soundproofing because the activities on the upper floor were very loud so that it disturbed my child (3 years old) to sleep comfortably at night, like all activities could be heard, footsteps, the friction of chairs could be heard. Fifth, there was no welcome greeting in the form of drinks or others. There was no service to deliver the luggage of guests who stayed, because in my experience staying at other hotels in Semarang, the staff welcomed me in a friendly manner and with a full smile. This is just my personal experience staying here.. no other intention. Breakfast was closed at 9 am without any prior confirmation, even though the person who had breakfast before me was offered to take it because it was about to be closed, but when it was my turn, there was no confirmation that it would be closed earlier. I stayed in room 210. The drinking glass was not washed and there were still lipstick marks on it. The bathroom also smelled.
