Cheap hotel on strategic location, so lower your expectations. Room is just OK, room and bed cleanliness can be better, clean bathroom, a bit hard bedding but it was OK. Aircon got issue during stay but staff fixed it within 45 minutes. Parking a bit limited, but can asked security to hold your key and parked it. Given the price. It was overall OK.

Understood that this is a budget hotel and only decided to stay here due to its convenient location being right opposite a hospital. The plus: still able to get a room at late hours (9pm) and located right across from the hospital. The minus: room was dark, obvious signs of old age, wear & tear. I'm not a germophobe, but didn't feel comfortable walking around the room without the slippers or use the provided towels, which looked neither white nor beige.
