There are traces of Silverqueen chocolate under the mattress. Please be more careful about the cleanliness of the bed area. Overall, it is very good. That's all I found when I stayed there.

Breakfast enak dan variasi, kamar cukup luas, no SDB, no room orientasi, shower leaking, shower wall moldy, no hotel facilities explanation, wifi kurang bagus, TV channel kurang clear dan limited, bed comfort good, bed linen and towel good, value of money good.

Clean room. It's just a shame that the room has a connecting door. So the room is not soundproof. You can still hear the sound from the next room. Breakfast is not much of an item. But the food is delicious. The staff is quite busy. The area is spacious.

At first I didn't expect it because the building was old but when I entered the room, it really smelled good, clean and the room was spacious, the bed was big too. The staff are friendly. Location inside Plaza Asia. Oh yes, we're staying without breakfast so we don't know what the food will be like hihi. Thank you for the beautiful hotel.

If it is refurbished it will definitely be fresher... the hotel is old school. The good thing about old school hotels is that they have big rooms, you can feel free to use an extra bed. Location, food, all ok. It just needs to be refurbished.

Comfortable room, strategic location above the shopping center, beautiful environment as the name suggests, friendly and very helpful staff. Only two drawbacks are the bathroom cannot be locked and the original ID card is kept at the reception whereas in other hotels it is enough to scan or photocopy it.
