Everything is fine, like an old hotel near the beach like a boarding house. There are just cockroaches :(as a result we scream all night

The location is actually very strategic, Parangtritis beach is on foot but unfortunately the air conditioning is very hot, so I can't sleep and take a shower and sweat, disappointed that it's only air conditioning, the staff are friendly, the location is good, parking is possible at night. During the day, many people go to the beach, maybe the facilities can be improved. but overall it's good besides the air conditioning.

Thank you for your criticism and suggestions, yesterday it happened because the electricity in our area dropped to only 165. The voltage is so the AC is not functioning normally, I apologize for the inconvenience, I have tried to call the relevant party [PLN] to fix it and at 23.00 came to our area to try to fix the damage to the transformer in our area, but maybe it still hasn't worked optimally because it was checked it was still at 190 so the AC is also not working optimally. Hopefully in February the transformer replacement in our area will be realized,

The hotel is so close to the beach, just a short walk to the area. The parking lot is spacious. The AC is cold. There is no breakfast, but we can order food and have it delivered to our room. The downside: the wifi doesn't reach the room and there are no TV channels at all. But the owner is friendly. Thanks yah

Good sir, the owner of the hotel, who gave a lot of information about the hotel👍, until I found out that there was a machete cut, there was a hot water bath, refreshing after being tired from Jakarta
