the room is clean, direct access to mall from the lobby. service was good, parking was abysmal. This hotel is smokers paradise because they divide the breakfast area smoking and non smoking. all & all, I do not regret choosing this hotel and had a great stay!

My family feel happy to stay at Hotel Ciputra Semarang. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was also good. The most important thing is their location, in the central of Semarang and connected directly with the mall.

Connected to mall ciputra, door separated, open with hotel room card when night time. Just walk by to simpang lima field. A lot of activities in the field, illuminating tricycle (becak), and also street food. At weekend mostly crowded. Remember request non smoking room if you not smoking when booking this hotel.

What a great and kindly staff even it was a busy time at long weekend, my children were very happy with the accessibility to the mall and Simpang Lima yard. Thanks a lot also for upgrading room during my holiday. Hopefully in next rooms can be completed with smart/Google TV 👍👍👍

the service from the staff is really very friendly.. but because this hotel is actually an old hotel but with new management, the hotel rooms still feel oldiest, the beds, carpets and old nuances are very pronounced.. the restaurant area is also not too big, very crowded during high season holidays, so taking food is a bit bumpy and coming a little late in the day is difficult to find a seat.. the choice of food is not too much, standard cereal, bread, side dishes, rice, various eggs, sausages if not requested then not served.. the location is very enjoyable with the Simpang Lima field, the kids are very happy in the afternoon to be able to play in the Simpang Lima field just cross over.. finding dinner is also easy, there are many UMKM culinary or just slip into the mall.. unfortunately, parking is also limited, and even valet parking services are charged another 50 thousand.. very unfortunate.. the swimming pool is also not too big, and the location of the pool is not very clean and there is no path for the disabled..

The location is right at Simpang Lima. Unfortunately the parking lot is very small. I got a spot in the basement, tucked between motorbikes. Because it's an old hotel, the rooms aren't very clean either.
