This is my first time stay at CWS hotel, the staffs are friendly and work professionally really helpful, the room is big and clean, all places are also clean and healthy managed. One big thanks to the staff name Amanda, she really did help me to keep my belt bag that I left at the rest room within the restaurant area, and let my best friend in Surabaya take it and send to me, I got my belt bag perfectly. I really appreciate this and for sure will come back to stay at CWS on my next travel to Surabaya.

Warmth welcome starting from doorman up to the receptionist. Got upgrade room from Ms. Feby. The room was amazing and very comfortable. The swimming pool was stunning. Surely will go back again

Stayed here overnight because I was tired of driving from Jakarta before continuing to my main destination. Plus: the room was as expected. Minus: 1. Finding parking for the car was that complicated. Checked in on 20th July 2024 and checked out 09 August 2024. Ketut Ari and the guys were awesome, they became defacto uncles and brothers for our 4 year old, hugs all round, a tear was shed when Emma left as all the staff loved her, that made things so easy, it was like coming home. The house keeping was excellent and they really couldn't do enough for us, room was always spotless and towels etc replaced daily, water topped up, very impressive. The pool area was terrific, my favourite was the heated pool, the kids pool is very safe for our little girl. If you stay at CWS (Ciputra World Surabaya) you really can't go wrong. Not only the staff were terrific but also the location that is right behind the mall, made it easy for you to get something daily without having to walk under the sun for too long.
