This is my first time stay at CWS hotel, the staffs are friendly and work professionally really helpful, the room is big and clean, all places are also clean and healthy managed. One big thanks to the staff name Amanda, she really did help me to keep my belt bag that I left at the rest room within the restaurant area, and let my best friend in Surabaya take it and send to me, I got my belt bag perfectly. I really appreciate this and for sure will come back to stay at CWS on my next travel to Surabaya.

Warmth welcome starting from doorman up to the receptionist. Got upgrade room from Ms. Feby. The room was amazing and very comfortable. The swimming pool was stunning. Surely will go back again

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check in process is ok, the room is comfortable, big, clean... there is a welcome snack valentine edition. Mr. Rahmat as a room attendant has a good service, giving a small note as a sign that the room has been cleaned well, there is additional mineral water and tea for us to have tea in the afternoon while snacking on snacks, it's really good. thank you for all the service nya... From the beginning of its opening until now, Ciputra World is one of our favorite hotels. When we arrived at 12.30 pm but the room was already ready. The receptionist is always friendly, all staff especially the security downstairs are also always friendly. The room is clean, soundproof, and the bed is really comfortable! The pillows and linen are of good quality. The buffet restaurant is also delicious and has many varieties, the pool above has a nice view, there is also a jacuzzi, only the jacuzzi is not as hot as before and there used to be foam/suds but now it seems to be turned off, but it is still fun to swim there. Affordable price with hotel quality.

During my stay, the service and friendliness of the staff were very good, and I also chose this hotel because it was close to the mall and the price was affordable, but I tried the laundry in this hotel, there was no fragrance, maybe because it didn't smell like anything. Thrown out of the swimming pool by the wedding organizer who said she had permission from the hotel, because she was going to take pre-wedding photos by the pool. Complained to the hotel twice, no apology, let alone compensation. Shame on you.

Stayed here overnight because I was tired of driving from Jakarta before continuing to my main destination. Plus: the room was as expected. Minus: 1. Finding parking for the car was that complicated. The receptionist's phone call was answered unhelpfully, which made me angry. 2. The room was not soundproof, very noisy from the next room and above. So I couldn't sleep even though I was very tired and needed peace. 3. Breakfast? This was the most unpleasant experience. I understand if there is a running event. But please, those who have just run should not be allowed to have breakfast in their running clothes. Disgusting, very disgusting! Because my nose is very sensitive to body odor, no matter how small it is. Moreover, there are those who wear sleeveless clothes. It really makes me lose my appetite. How can a hotel as good as this have no policy of wearing proper clothes when having breakfast. I have checked in several times at other 5-star hotels, but none as bad as this. Very disappointing. I don't want to come here again. Especially for me who wants peace and has a sensitive nose to smells.
