first time staying at the Grand Cahaya Hotel and very satisfied because of the strategic location, comfortable & clean hotel rooms, the service is really good, the hotel workers are really friendly, the breakfast has a lot of variations and the taste is okay... basically very satisfied and recommended... hopefully it can continue to maintain its quality... continued success for the Grand Cahaya Hotel...

The hotel is very clean, has a variety of facilities, lots of choices and the staff are friendly, including the security guards. There is also a large parking lot where cars can go in and out. Next time I come here on holiday again.

I often stay at Cahaya Villa Garut and it turns out that the Grand Cahaya Pangandaran hotel is still related.
Some Notes.
1. stayed in room 312, when I first entered the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped, dusty, until my footprints were black.
2. The pillow case smelled a little.
3. When I entered there were no sandals and hair dryer, I had to ask for it first.
4. On the rooftop/balcony, there was only 1 chair available, usually 2 chairs + a small table. maybe it could be added.
5. The breakfast food was quite varied but there were some menus that tasted bland, it should be improved again.
6. Ordered Food at the Pool, Bangladesh Noodles, It tasted okay, really good, recommended!! but.. it turned out that at the bottom I was shocked, found broken egg shells and pieces of aluminum foil. Quite annoying. So I didn't finish it. Until finally the menu was replaced with a new one, the restaurant was responsible and I respected it, although honestly I didn't ask for it to be replaced. plus orange juice,, Especially for Mr. Agus, thank you very much!
