1. This is the worst, the AC is not cold at all, at night I had to use a wet towel so I wouldn't get too hot when I slept. 2. The television is broken, the television is broken, half the screen is broken, the broadcast is unclear, I can't find it. 3. The electric thermos is broken and very dirty, the electric thermos is broken and cannot be used, when I arrived there was still full water but it was very dirty. 4. There are many small animals in the bathroom. 5. The swimming pool cannot be used, it is very dirty like a fish pond. 6. The food is quite okay. 7. The staff is quite good and friendly. 8. The parking lot is quite spacious and easy to access. 9. Complete amenities. 10. Beds, blankets, pillows are clean. In addition, in the hallway near the parking lot there are quite large spiders. Overall, with that price and "4 star" status, I am quite disappointed with the facilities available. They should have been able to get good facilities, but instead they were the opposite.

Hotel nya cukup bersih dan nyaman, hanya saja tolong di perhatikan untuk lampu di dalam kamar ada beberapa yang ga nyala dan lampu balkon pun mati. Air shower nya kecil jadi untuk mandi lama, pelayanan baik hanya perlu beberapa evaluasi lagi.
