the service from the staff so good, I booked the superior room with the description of twin bed but I have a special request of double bed and they accommodated it for me. And it also have bathtub so make me more comfortable.

Old building hotel should fix the toilet because when entering it can not be flushed, the water leaks causing the water to not be able to accommodate and cause flushing failure. The others are OK.

Alhamdulillah the staff are friendly, especially the restaurant staff👍the hotel location is strategic, the room is spacious, there is a bathtub, there is a prayer mat, the Qur'an, the downside is the lighting in the room is lacking. Hot water, the tap works well. There are playground facilities, swimming pools for adults and children on the ground floor. There is also a place to rinse off. Alhamdulillah we are very happy staying there, 4 days 3 nights did not feel. God willing we'll be back to Grasia Hotel, Semarang.

Overall very satisfied staying here. Complete facilities, strategic location, good service. But if I may suggest, improve the cleanliness of the room. Old hotels do need special attention in terms of cleanliness, because the items themselves are no longer new and look dull even though the condition is actually clean. Please provide extra care.

Location is ok, bed is comfortable, for cleanliness is a bit lacking, there are some big ants in some spots in the room. But yes the floor is ok to step on is still clean, the bed is also clean so it is still acceptable. What I don't like about this hotel is, for me who booked a non-smoking room, every day I smell cigarettes either in front of the room, or in the bathroom when I turn on the exhaust. The air system needs to be fixed or the punishment for those who don't smoke in the right place needs to be increased.

Wifi doesn't work. The room smells damp and stuffy, many of the locks are broken. The bathroom smells like sewage slaurna. The sheets, pillow cases, and doormats are all dull, not white.

Initially I ordered a twin bed type and was given a deluxe. I confirmed it to the receptionist and was responded to very well according to the order. The location is very close to the city center so it is easy to reach by public or private transportation. The breakfast is delicious and very varied. The staff service is very friendly, it's just that maybe in terms of the building and hotel facilities, renovations must be carried out immediately. Hopefully the Grasia Hotel can continue to provide the best service. The thing I like the most is the adzan reminder that is broadcast through the speaker 😁🙏🏻

There needs to be an update on the rooms, elevators, and bathrooms. Hopefully it can be better, even though it's a city center hotel. The middle table between the permanent beds, the table should be able to be moved. Anticipating if there are husband, wife and children, then they don't get a king bed, so the beds can be moved. So that three people can sleep together.
