the hotel's location is very strategic in the middle of the city so that access to the hotel is very easy. close to the old city and the red bridge. for those who really like taking pictures, there are many beautiful spots for photos with a unique and aesthetic building background.
the hotel staff is very friendly from the security guard, receptionist, restaurant. thank you for the comfort provided. if you return to Surabaya, you will return to this hotel.

Intentionally chose a heritage hotel in the old town area so that it was close for walking around.
Ordered 2 non-smoking rooms and asked for adjacent ones but got quite far apart.
1 room had AC that wasn't cold, it seemed like only the fan was on. The other room seemed to be a smoking room (it smelled very bad of cigarette smoke).
The receptionist said that was the only room left.

In my opinion, with a very affordable price, the facilities provided are very good. Suitable for people who are traveling / solo traveling. Everything is ok. I will stay again if I go to Surabaya. Close to Pasar Turi station. I didn't have breakfast so I don't know the taste of the food.

Need to improve:
On Traveloka I booked 2 adults and 1 child including breakfast, when I wanted to eat for the child, they charged me 50 thousand/child. The parents had no choice but to give in for the sake of the child so they wouldn't spend money.
Got stuck in the elevator for 8 minutes when the lights went out, it was dark and hot and lacked oxygen, the staff helped me because my wife was panicking..
