hotel staff/security are very friendly and helpful, just a little problem my room poll side family 207 the lights went out at 12 midnight only briefly no more than 5 minutes on. the rest I like, the pool facilities and the surrounding environment are clean, child friendly, and what I like is the breakfast taste and atmosphere with live music is very impressive, thank you Hotel Indah Palace.

overall good. only when we stayed there it rained very heavily. the kids were hungry, at noon we tried rabbit satay and in the evening wanted a different snack. when we went to the restaurant it was closed so we were forced to go out to look for cup noodles on foot. luckily the friendly receptionist lent us an umbrella. breakfast was varied and the taste suited our palate

This hotel is recommended for holidays with family. The hotel location is on the edge of the main road and very close to the location of the Grojogan Sewu waterfall.

You can swim as much as you like, there is a prayer room, the atmosphere is calm, the TV channels are good, you can watch Netflix as much as you like, it is very close to natural tourist attractions and culinary tourism.

The second time in the Anggrek Room is suitable for family gatherings, even more romantic in the rainy season.
Plus: Comfortable like a house with a big bed and many bathrooms, around the room Kids Friendly (playground, Mini Zoo, Swimming Pool)
Mimus: Electricity dropped 3 times, Many ants and other insects in the room means lack of Pest Control, slow WIFI and breakfast lacks variety.

Room, bathroom, hotel area, swimming pool are all clean.
The view is really nice.. lots of children's play areas.. all rooms are equipped with AC, that's a plus.. In the swimming pool area there are rabbit satay vendors, warm cow's milk, various fruits, and meatballs in the morning and evening..
The restaurant menu for breakfast is all delicious, my favorite is the chicken porridge.

For the orchid type, the capacity of 10 people is filled by 6 adults and 2 children, the room is very spacious, clean, top service, had time to request for cutlery and it was delivered quickly. There are many choices for breakfast, all delicious, the garden is spacious and clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is also clean and well-maintained. Will definitely bring my extended family here again

Very memorable during the 17th August holiday yesterday. Choose a pool side balcony room, new building. The view from the back can see the natural scenery and residential areas. The front view can see Mount Lawu and the swimming pool, a very child-friendly hotel. There are lots of games next to the restaurant, there is a playground. There is a mini zoo. There is also a swimming pool in the back area. There are rabbit satay and wedang ronde sellers near the swimming pool, you can order from them if you are hungry after swimming, at an affordable price. Good service. Good room. Good food, very comfortable atmosphere. Makes you fall in love with HIP. Next time will definitely come here again

The hotel is very close to the entrance of Bale Ambang & Grojogan Sewu Waterfall. The price is quite affordable, with large room facilities and space. We stayed in Bougenvile 1 room, right in front. The car parked directly in front of the room. The room is quite spacious, with 2 King size beds. Can accommodate 6 people. There is a living room & dining table. Although the architecture is vintage, the interior is already contemporary. The swimming pool is clean & large.

The first impression of entering the room was that it smelled of urine even though we arrived at the hotel at 13 o'clock but couldn't enter the room until 14 o'clock because it was being cleaned. The bed sheets in the corner have lots of lizard marks, it's a shame I didn't take a photo. The swimming pool water is very murky. It's a shame that even though the outer building looks luxurious, the cleanliness of the rooms is lacking. A plus point is the varied breakfast.

The bed is quite big, there are monkeys in the afternoon and morning around the hotel, it's quite a walk to Balekambang Park and Derojokan Sewu waterfall.
