As many hotels as we have stayed in, this hotel is the first hotel we have stayed in where the AC leaked in the room, making our room wet & we were shocked, but the staff responded to our complaint and called an AC technician to fix it.

For the hotel itself, it's good. Just a suggestion, for the restaurant, the food refills take a long time, and the breakfast is very limited, because only 3 people arrived and the food was already finished and the refills took a long time.

The hotel is good, quite comfortable for transit, staying here because the day wants to be full of sightseeing and a one-day trip to Singapore. worth it for the price offered. before going home also stay here because it is close to the airport. standard facilities. standard cleanliness. hopefully the service can be improved. close to various shopping places and sightseeing
