Basically, the rooms that we requested for was not given to us. I'm alright if they mentioned that they were not able to meet our request due to overwhelming booking. Instead they said that they did not even read the request. I am disappointed. However, it was a decent stay. I don't expect much from this hotel. Service was all good except the initial part. And there was a cockroach in the room.
