Hotel in the city center, close to Dr. Soetomo Hospital and Unair Campus. Many food and beverage vendors are also along Jl. Karangmenjangan.

The bedsheets were not changed, the male receptionist insisted that they had been changed even though the bedsheets were dirty, maybe they confirmed with the cleaning service staff and then they were given clean bedsheets.

The room was stuffy and seemed unoccupied for a long time, had a pungent musty smell and was difficult to get parking if the hotel was full and the atmosphere in the room was horrific, the water in the bathroom was murky and black.

I ordered a single room with a fan. The room was very, very narrow, no permanent walls, and no clothes hangers. It smelled really bad of cigarettes even though it said non-smoking, I even had to find my own freshener to cover up the smell. Dirty, there was still trash under the bed. The bathroom was outside but quite clean. The hotel atmosphere was creepy, like it was unoccupied. There were many dark spots. In my opinion, it was not worth the price. Here are some suggestions for improvement from me: - Every time a guest checks out, the entire room is cleaned immediately. - The room should be sprayed with freshener to eliminate the smell of cigarettes! - Please add lights, especially in the prayer room, how can the prayer room be dark? - If there is no closet, at least each room should be provided with a clothes hanger! - It is also recommended that every corner be given an air freshener, I even threw up in the bathroom because I couldn't stand the smell, especially on the 2nd floor. - A bolster should be provided for that price. - Maintain the cleanliness of the bathroom.

As for the facilities, this hotel is in the same class. The parking lot is hot in the afternoon because it expects the west, even for cars parked on the side of the road without any shade at all. 2. There is no lift access, I got to the third floor up and down the stairs were very high. 3. The TV channels are only SCTV and RCTI. 4. The room's tightness is poor because it is only partitioned with plywood. 5. The shower was broken and finally I was forced to shower with the toilet faucet. 6. In the middle of bathing, the water suddenly stopped, I waited a long time, it didn't come out, I complained to the reception, they said they were still filling the water, even though it was already 17 o'clock, the time for people to bathe. 7. When it turns on, all that comes out is hot water, the skin is scalded by hot water. The rest is good, the reception is quite friendly and the sheets are also clean, strategic location. Not a recommendation for those of you who are looking for comfort.

I think I'll book an ensuite bathroom, not a capsule hotel like that. But yeah, never mind. Not bad because I got an empty room and didn't share it with other people. The downside is the smell of cigarette smoke from the next room because it is only limited by a partition. Then the bathroom is shared. Don't order Traveloka which is under 100 thousand. It's better for around 150 for an ensuite bathroom.

the water always runs out, I don't know what kind of hotel this is, but if you want to take a shower, at least go to the reception desk first and tell them the water is off, turn it on before you can, the problem is that the water can't be set hot or cold, it all depends on the mood that turns on the water, better go to Oyo or Reddorz, the price is similar, it's more reliable . the room is dimly lit
