This is the best hotel in Singkawang! I stayed in the executive room (windows) and I really loved the unique design of the room. However, the best part of my stay was the staff! When there was problem they were very accommodating to my needs for example reschedule because of covid and the cleaning of the room. This hotel has the best staff in all of Singkawang! I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel has a policy for Family of not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos (foto-foto pernikahan). Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation. For the service, the facilities are okay.. it's just not soundproof.. so when people talk outside, it can be heard in the room.. even the sound from the club next door can be heard in the middle of the night - early morning

The staff is very helpful, friendly, any shortcomings are resolved quickly, info via WA is very fast and updated. Staying at Kyodai without a private vehicle can still explore Singkawang easily. Walking to Pasar Turi full of delicious food, sweet cakes makes the eyes fresh. Exiting the hotel, you will find the iconic golden dragon. Go a little further to the right and you will find Vihara I❤️Singkawang. Recommendation.

Poor service, room safety is not secure because the door handle is broken. The breakfast, oh my God, seems like they are not sincere in giving it. It's finished, no one has added anything, those who came at 8 am only got leftovers. Very disappointing.
