Very comfortable staying at LPP Hotels. The service is good, friendly, and we also get a free voucher breakfast on the first day. Already so the room is very spacious, the air conditioner is cold, clean. The manager, Mr. Agung, is very good and the hotel service is okay

Quality of service is very good and friendly. From the beginning of arrival until we checked out all staff were very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink to the room is very good. Like the view of the hotel, there is a balcony for drying clothes, spacious rooms, when compared with prices, providing more value, comfortable, not crowded. Get fresh air from outside the room. Recommended for carrying children. Can play on the terrace of the room. Anyway, it's comfortable.

This hotel in my opinion is the best hotel during my stay in Yogyakarta. Starting from the strategic location of the hotel, the atmosphere of a comfortable hotel, and most importantly the service from the staff to the manager who is very kind and friendly. The perfect thing. 👍

The staff is friendly and kind. When they found out I was coming with an elderly person and a toddler. The room that was originally above was replaced below with a class above the previous room. Free charge. Quick service when there were facilities lacking in the room. TOP. Always success hotel lpp convention and app of course 👍🙏.

In the morning around 6.30 I came to deposit my suitcase and goods first and were well received. Around 12 o'clock, I tried calling via telephone and asked if I could check in early at around 13.00. It was announced that no one was ready yet. That's okay. I understand that. Only then I was informed that if I wanted to check in early there would be an additional fee of 75 thousand. Wow. It's a shame, yeah. Because I asked to be able to enter the room after 12 o'clock, there is still an additional fee, right? Even at 5 star hotels, if you can check in early around that time, there will be no additional fees, you know. Hopefully there will be improvements. For bed sheets and towels, it is best to replace them with cleaner ones because the color looks a bit faded. As for the atmosphere of the hotel, it is still good, because it is quite beautiful and the hotel staff are friendly.

Comfortable atmosphere for families, room size is also spacious, strategic location is also close to everywhere. Only the amount of water coming out of the room was small, the toilet was clogged, the telephones in some rooms couldn't be used. The service is ok, the engineering team is also fast so far, it's okay, thanks.

The rooms are very spacious, very suitable for bringing families and small children. The cupboard is large, there is a work desk, dressing table and sofa. It's not recommended if you stay alone, because it's that big haha there's a garden in front of the room where you can take photos.

The room size is large, the distance from the hotel to the mall/campus/food places/minimarkets is quite close, what needs to be considered is the bed sheets & pillow cases which are not very clean, for wifi access it is quite stable.

Ekspektasi saya hotel bintang 3, dapet harga 470k/hari x2 malam di traveloka, harusnya layak dihuni. Check in jam 17.30, nyalain AC airnya ngucur ke lantai. Panggil staff untuk benerin 5 mnt setelah dibenerin, bocor lagi. Air meleber kemana-mana. Jadi lantainya licin (tanpa karpet) yang mana bahaya banget buat anak-anak. Liat furniture nya dah mulai usang. Lapisan kayunya mengelupas. Hanya tersedia handuk-sabun-2 botol air mineral. Cukup sekali saja, pengalaman buruk ini terjadi. Jam 19.00 check out cari hotel lain.
