1. Windows are dirty and stained. 2. The rooms are not clean and have a lot of dust. 3. 2 bed sheets and scratchy blankets. We both had body aches. 4. RATS under the mattress. 5. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. 6. Reviews on the app are misleading. 7. The reviews on Google are correct and all the reviews are bad. 8. It's best not to stay at the Makmur Jambi Hotel.
