Bedroom was not spacious enough, but it was clean and very comfy. Bathroom was clean, had a hairdryer which was lovely. Worth the price and a recommended place to stay in Cirebon.

notes 1. hand shower is not big enough 2. hot water flow in the morning at 9 am does not come out, maybe because many people are there at the same time. hopefully it can be considered to increase comfort. other things are enough as a 3 star hotel. Aston group is okay.

stayed at this hotel during Eid homecoming. we arrived at night around 21.30, the hotel staff was friendly, check in and check out were easy and fast, the hotel location is easy to reach and close to the main road but for car parking is limited. the room is clean, for bottled drinking water is paid but the staff is quite informative in explaining it. also provided to get drinking water in front of the room. we found a coffee wrapper, probably from the previous guest who forgot to throw it away (the position is visible in the photo), please pay attention. quite pleasant even though we only stopped by for a while to relax. thank you.

Thank you Neo Hotel, because I was just going home for Eid and brought a lot of frozen food as souvenirs, the hotel provided frozen food storage in the kitchen, so it was safe to bring frozen food.
