Feedback: during breakfast near the pool, there was an employee tidying up the table and chairs but then pulling them as if they were being slammed. It was rude even though I was right next to the table. It was like chasing away a guest even though it was only 9:30 am! Hurry up and want Sunday Dimsum? We paid so please respect your guests.

Great, for a hotel in the medium price range, quite satisfied with the service, initially I was skeptical, a bit less convincing when I wanted to enter because the location is in a small road, but after checking in and entering the room, it turned out to be okay and clean. The breakfast food is also quite varied. Suggestions should be improved/beautified the exterior of the hotel so that it looks convincing for the first impression, for the rest, I am satisfied staying here. Thank you orchardz jayakarta :).

Thankyou Orchardz, initially chose this hotel because it was quite close to JIS (Bruno Mars concert venue) but didn't expect the room to be as big as the one we got. The staffs are very friendly and informative, the service is good, the breakfast is also delicious and varied. Say hello to the ladies in the fried eggs and kue cubit section (they are next to each other), their omelets and kue cubit are really delicious 😍.

There are many ants on the room table, it has been cleaned with disinfectant and asked for help from the staff but it only lasted a short time. The ants came back. The AC remote is also broken and it is very difficult to press it so I sleep in a cold state. The towels do not absorb water. The food is edible xoxo, it has some taste. All the staff are friendly and kind.
