Totally unacceptable. Impossible to contact. Bathroom a discrace with no running water to speak of. Didn't even supply a towel in any case. Had to go back to the golf club in the morning to have a shower. The health department would shut this place down in a heartbeat. My advice is to never go near this place.

Very old hotel. Location is good but the bathroom is disaster bed is ok but no amenities no towel no anything too expensive with this kind of service and facilities

Location was convenient. but room was old and not well maintained. Washbasin cabinet door had a big hole, possibly eaten by rats. Shower's water temperature cannot be controlled so I had to fill up a bucket with hot water and mix with cold water before I can use it for bath. No room service or any service whatsoever.

worst booking. outdated hotel with bad maintenance, humid and dusty interior, broken window glass, room lights are broken, spiderwebs everywhere, hot water is not even work, seating closet also does not work, we have to pay for a jar of hot water, a lot more. I believe the hotel management can do better than this. may be they just need more guidance and training.

I think this hotel it's a good place to stay and spend your quality time with your family especially if you have children because this place is very huge.

I booked 2 rooms, one of our room can not be locked and also there was cockroach in the room. The hotel is old and outdated and lack of maintenance. Our rooms including breakfast but when we want have our breakfast at 7 am, there is still nothing. And the front office staff said that breakfast start at 8 am. So we can't wait just for breakfast.
