At first I wasn't too sure about this place, I chose this because I forgot to book a place to stay, so I just randomly got one, but it turned out the place was pretty good, the service was friendly, the security was also alert and friendly. At first I was surprised because there was no AC in the room, it turned out I didn't need AC, the temperature was already cold there, hehe.

first time staying here the hotel is far from everywhere in my opinion is not strategic if you want to go to Ciwidey staying here, then the hotel is noisy because it is near the highway so there are many drivers passing by at dawn it is already noisy with the guests until you reach the room so if you want to rest it is not recommended because it is far from everywhere and the room is not soundproof 🙏 for food is also too expensive a 5 year old child is charged an additional 75 thousand per child because as a child he doesn't eat much..

Hotel Room is Quite Spacious, Only There is No Wi-Fi and TV is Still Analog

Ciwidey is a cold place but the water heater doesn't work, the wifi sometimes connects sometimes doesn't even though the economy price is quite expensive. There is no AC. There is also no fan.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is beautiful and the facilities are also beautiful. But the room was a disaster, furniture door falling, old cathode ray TV, invasion of ants, mayflies and earthworms, the bathroom door does not close properly, you have to turn off the toilet tap otherwise there are leaks.

Friendly service, only the Family room on the 2nd floor was leaking, additional breakfast of 75,000 only got fried rice, I checked in 2 rooms, both TVs were not working, hot water in the Family room was not working, with weekend prices and facilities like that it was too expensive
