The downside is that the receptionist and the OB staff are not very friendly to the guests. They have annoyed facial expressions and curt speech. Huff. The upside is that the rooms are spacious, comfortable, the AC is cold, the breakfast is varied, the towels are new and fragrant, and the hot and cold water is okay.
