That was my third or fourth time staying at this hotel, everything was always great. This time however, I made mistake when requesting two connected rooms without mentioning that they should be non smoking rooms as well, because I traveled with my wife and daughters. So we got two connected smoking rooms. Hoping and wishing the hotel staff thought that if someone requested two connected rooms, he might be traveling with family and should be provided non smoking rooms, but it didn't happen. Most of all, everything was always fine, especially the hospitality of all staff, thanks

Strategic location next to the mall, the botanical garden is just across. Only when I arrived at 14.00 the room was not ready, had to wait for more than 1 hour. But everything was quite satisfying.

An unplanned staycation due to water disruptions in several areas, so we chose to stay at the Santika Hotel as a solution so that our prayer and cleanliness needs could be met, everything was almost good, the only drawback was that there was no balcony in the room, hopefully this can be a further development.
