I'm really impressed by the front office staff's memory. She still recognized me even though it's been months since my last visit. Hotel is well-maintained, each and every objects in our room was still in good condition. Especially the old aircon, so cool! Aside from that, all of the hotel staffs were super helpful and friendly. They did their best at making us feel comfortable during our stay. Thank you!

Location was great, accessible to amenities. Service was fantastic by the staffs. Room need to be repaired, even the entrance door and toilet door were not safe with kids around. Entrance door was without a latch and toilet door was not able to be close tight.

They gave us broken room and not proper to be used. The door is broken (they seems need to change their door, its too old already), the charger plug is also disfunctioning. Until they change our room but its not improving that much to be honest. Hte frontliner also not saying any sorry for the unpleasant experiences they gave us. Then the next morning. The main issue is their housekeeping enter my room without knocking. Glad that I put that chain lock on since I just finished from the bathroom. Complaints has been made and so far their Duty Manager gave me their sorry already when I checked out.

There dead roaches in the bathroom, also shower water was so small and not strong at all.

The food taste is good and many variety. The location is very closed to Braga. The room is comfort and clean.

Untuk hotel memang hotel legend ya, Hotel lamak! Kalau keluarga ada anak kecil, roomnya cukup luas, tapi furnish d dalam kamar udah usia tua ya, tapi kasur masih OK, d sediain bantal banyak ada 4, ada kulkas kecil, tapi untuk colokkan listrik termasuk sedikit, dan ada yg udah longgar gitu stop kontaknya. Breakfast nya enak, kemarin pas sahur jadi ambil pas sahur! Pool nya sih tertutup jd tidak panas, tp kolam untuk anak anak lg dalam perbaikan. Untuk Lokasi memang enak dekat ke jalan asia afrika dan braga! Mudah mencari makanan, depan hotel ada Circle K!
