First and last I think, I thought the grand superior room would be awesome, but that's how it is, from the bathroom alone the floor is already black, then the hot shower water is not hot, stable for at most 10 minutes, the TV is also not great, the blanket is not thick enough, the AC is not cold because it is located on the side of the bathroom so it is blocked by the wall, the atmosphere is not beautiful, not homey, well hopefully there is progress in updating the interior of the room

The receptionist is not professional enough to serve in a tired tone, the room is creepy so you can't sleep all night, there are cockroaches in the bathroom and the water smells, but thank you for the free airport shuttle facility.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was very strong, I was in the room even wearing a mask. I persisted for 3 hours, finally it was better for me to check out and move to another hotel. Please take care of the hotel owner. Check the rooms. Unfortunately the hotel has a large area but is not monitored.

1. Strategic location near the airport and the hotel provides a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. 2. The receptionist is friendly, but the women need to smile more so they don't look dirty. 3. The rooms are quite clean. 4. Unfortunately the lights in the room were dim, making it less comfortable. 5. Towels must be replaced with new ones.

Pertama dan terakhir kali saja meningap di sini. Saya sudah beli via apliaksi, ketika check in katanya tidak masuk di system mereka, menunggu setengah jam baru bisa masuk, wajib deposit segala! Kebersihan buruk, kasur dan selimut kotor, terlihat tidak dicuci, wc kotor, dan yang paling parah adalah nyamuk banyak banget, tujuan istirahat untuk transit malah ga bisa istirahat. Tolong management dirubah demi kenyamanan customer, hal yang positif adalah lokasi sangat strategis, dekat minimarket dan tempat makan.

Great, comfortable, not noisy, there is a garden so you can freshen your mind, but the toilet is just not clean enough and you need additional sockets near the bed and chairs to charge cellphone and laptop batteries.
