Girls provide towels and toiletries as usual. the lamp + ac tb2 turns off so to turn on the receptionist's phone first (usually it's not like that) I just feel that the service is lacking this time is much different from the previous one.

The staff are friendly, okay, cleanliness and air freshener is lacking. Yes know that I use the cheapest room on the floor. No, but with a price that is almost the same as the better hotel next door, when I stay 3 d2n, the water turns on a little, electricity is several times dead on and off, the aroma of the bathroom is less fragrant, the room is not tidied up after 1 day is occupied, the remote AC battery runs out, And the worst thing is that a guy has been left in the toilet and the guards don't know, it looks dirty, please be better, but he doesn't have time to take pictures of his room and toilet.

Negative: Order a standard room on the 3rd floor, the initial heat is very hot, the air conditioner can be flat throughout the room during the day, the bathroom is smelly, the drains are clogged, making the ablution even more flooded, as I have never been treated. Nginep 2 days 2 people, only get 1 bottle of mineral water at the beginning. the second day I cleaned it and didn't use water. mineral again. positive: The view is good to the north of Mount Merapi, the TV is good, clear and the sound is good.
