The room is very big, spacious, but the amenities are incomplete. There are no glasses and thermoses of hot water, no tea or coffee sachets. A big hotel like Utami Hotel should be provided.

Very pleasant. The room is spacious and clean. Even can upgrade the upper type room without additional cost. My family and I took 2 rooms. The children are also satisfied. Ready to stay overnight again. 👍.

This hotel is spacious, good and nice, the room is spacious, such a big hotel on the 4th floor is just me, it feels haunted, but I enjoy the atmosphere like the old days and classic. In my opinion, the hotel owner may not have made any effort to improve the quality of marketing and total quality service.

It's really comfortable for the first time here, only the hot water has hours to enjoy it and the food is really delicious like at home, only if you can add seral because there aren't many variations. Oh yes, there is no refrigerator in the room so you can't store drinks if you want them cold. Next, hopefully we can go back to enjoying the other rooms.
