Advantages: 1. Located in the city center, so easy access 2. Check out time is quite long (14.00) 3. Staff are friendly, informative and quite helpful 4. Spacious rooms and equipped with mini refrigerators (deluxe type) 5. Cleanliness in the room, bathroom, hotel hallway and surrounding areas is quite good 6. Hot and cold water works well, coffee-tea-creamer is available Disadvantages: 1. Breakfast is not provided, so every morning/night you have to order online 2. The basement for parking is a bit dark 3. Hotel with laundry but can't express 4. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, so you have to go up the stairs from the front or the elevator from the basement 5. No swimming pool but overall it is recommended, especially friendly and very helpful for me who brought parents and children (2 rooms), the room is spacious so the children are free, parents are also comfortable. not in a hurry to check out. hopefully in the future there will be a cafe or restaurant, driver's room and swimming pool😊.

for the cleanliness of the room is good, hopefully the cleanliness is maintained, especially the interior, I really like the smart TV, the location is quiet, not noisy, oh yeah, just a suggestion for towels, it seems they need to be replaced, and before the room is ready to be sold, pay attention to the completeness of the room facilities so that when guests are in the room they don't need to ask for more things like liquid soap and towels, the rest is really good, the check-in process is very fast, it doesn't take long 👍, the service of all staff is also friendly, thanks

Bro I booked a deluxe room with a large window, but what I got was a small room equivalent to a superior class with no window at all. The hotel 's WiFi didn't work at all no connection to internet at all. Netflix and YouTube services were also unavailable. The breakfast was poor for a hotel costing almost 600,000 rupiah.

We have warned guest that our Deluxe with view room is limited and they need to confirm through chats or phone calls first. For all the other complaints it will be our evaluation. Check in & check out was quickly done, no ribet2. Hotel is located in a very strategic location, near krl station and surrounded by many of culinary options dan tempat nongkrong. Restaurant provide two types of breakfast menu (mi goreng or nasi goreng), also they provide you with coffee or tea.

For a price below 300k, the facilities and services provided are comfortable, clean and tidy. The bathroom has a water heater, the closet is very clean, complete amenities/toiletries. The AC is cold. The only drawback of the room is that there is no view from the window of the room that I get, if the curtains are opened you can only see the walls of the hotel building, but I understand the price is also discounted 🤭😁. In front of and around the hotel there are coffee shops djawa, lawson, and ke-Circle making it easy to find food/snacks. One more thing, when I first arrived I was quite confused about how to lift my suitcase/stuff to the 2nd floor (lobby/hotel cs on the 2nd floor) while in the hotel there is no security, after staying I just found out that there is an elevator in the basement/1st floor 🤣 -maybe as a review, instructions can be attached for new customers 👍🏻 thank you
