Great local hotel in Serang, Banten. We booked deluxe room and it was clean and comfortable to stay a night here. The staff were very kind and they respond quickly if the guests had a problem. WiFi connection was fast. There were "sajadah" and "Al-Qur'an." In addition, hot water and AC worked properly. Breakfast was so so. I recommended you to stay here. Thank you, Hotel Wisata Baru. Maybe, next time, I wanna stay here again if I go to Serang, Banten.

There were cockroaches in the room, and the restaurant staff were wearing black clothes at 07.50 on Sunday morning, the bread that had been baked and I was still waiting was shown to other guests and held by other guests with the permission of the staff there, this made the food unhygienic because it was held by the guest and returned to the grill.

It's only good on the front, the inside is just ordinary. The room felt cramped, I got a room in the hallway where guests and employees always pass, so it was noisy, the AC wasn't too cold, plus the sound of the AC was loud, there were lots of mosquitoes 🥺. Even though we were given electric mosquito repellent, there was no variation in breakfast. With a price of over 300 more compared to competitors, there is much more variety in the breakfast. Eat chicken but it's spicy, not suitable for a breakfast menu, which makes you annoyed with the super zero zero point wifi signal 🥹 ðŸ˜. Using your own cellphone network, there is also no signal. I often take part in activities held at this hotel, but this is the first time I've stayed here. Get a nice room at a cheap price. The staff is also very friendly, the breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean and smell good. Really great.

I stayed 4 nights, the thing that was guaranteed to disappoint was the breakfast menu, that was the menu every day, the menu was super economical and stingy - the taste was just right, if you appreciated eating at the food stall with the menu provided, I think it would be at least 10 thousand per person, for class a hotel with a price of * 3, usually stingy. The condition of the room is not comfortable, lots of mosquitoes, dusty floor, noisy AC, cute TV. The bathroom has a standard design, don't ask for hot shower water, as long as it doesn't flow at night - but in the morning it's super hot (be careful if you bring small children, don't leave them alone to go to the bathroom) and the flow of hot water sometimes turns on and off when needed. Things that make you feel at home. 1. Smoke free. 2. Near the city center. 3. Merchant. There is evening food around the hotel.
