I was impressed with the service and facilities provided by the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was very fast, the room was quite clean and the breakfast was very varied. Recommended for a budget hotel!

First time staycation with my wife. When I first entered the room, the smell was okay, until my wife said okay, Dad. And when there was a little deficiency, it was immediately responded to quickly. 🙏👍. Overall it's really okay. Although honestly the parking is a bit limited. 🙏

I must express my disappointment with this hotel. This was my first time staying here, and I did not receive the comfort I expected from an international hotel chain with this star rating and price. Well, here are my reviews: The bolster lacked a cover, and the bed was not a comfort modern spring bed but a thin bed topper placed underneath the sheet. The first-floor rooms were so dimly lit, and the windows were so dark that nothing could be seen from the inside. The towels were also incredibly thin and filthy. The most uncomfortable experience occurred during breakfast. I was charged an additional fee of approximately Rp100k++ for my friend. After so many hotel bookings in my experiences, this was the first time I had to pay for another 1 person to eat breakfast. Just a heads up, this hotel doesn’t allow or tolerate any mistakes when booking. If you only put 1 person in your booking, it means you’ll only have one person to eat the breakfast and you have to pay for another 1 person. And guess what? They didn’t even mention this to me during the check-in time. Maybe if your staff had informed me earlier, I wouldn’t have eaten breakfast and instead sought out a breakfast cafe near the hotel. However, your staff only informed me just in time before breakfast at 8 am in the morning, which felt like an imposition and a way to force me to pay. Other hotels like Amaroosa, Aston, Harris Hotel, and even Amaris or Fave still offer two-person breakfasts and don’t charge extra, even if you mistakenly book for one person. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this hotel. I will also refrain from recommending it to my friends or family.
