ibis Styles Bogor Raya

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, the hotel is kids friendly, there are several fun kids activities, the breakfast is varied and delicious.

After 2021, this is our second time staying at Ibis Styles Bogor Raya, it's still the same comfort. It's more child-friendly because now there are rocking horses and cooking classes for children. You can go to the hotel next door to visit the mini zoo. Only the breakfast is different, yesterday there was no sushi and the menu choices were fewer. Oh and the amenities don't get shower caps anymore? Yesterday there was an extra bed order but no towels & amenities. But the rest is okay, our children are very happy. Thank you Ibis :)

Very recommended to stay here, the food is varied. Fast and friendly service. If you stay at this hotel you will get Novotel Hotel facilities. Because the mini zoo is in Novotel. Very, very pleasant experience. The air is very cold

3rd time staying here but this 3rd time was quite disappointing because the bed sheets were itchy. Wanted to ask for a change but felt embarrassed because it was already 11 o'clock just checked in. As a result, I was only able to sleep at 2 am. The sound between rooms is also very, very not soundproof. At 3 am someone was taking a shower and the shower faucet was heard very clearly & woke up again

I never reviewed any hotels I stayed but I do now for Ibis Style Bogor Raya. 1. Service was excellent! I love how they prepared the the room before we got in. The AC was alredy on, the water heater was positioned in nice warm temp. That was very thoughtful! 2. The room was really nice. I love the ergonomics design, everything was designed in ideal space that's just great. The room and the hotel overall was clean and maintained very well. 3. Breakfast choices were delicate! Sushi, indomie & kolak for breakfast? Yes please. Odd yet fun mix. I personally love. Overall was yum but I think their nasi goreng teri needs more improvement 😉. 4. Smoking area was nice too. With the green-view and clean area also the tables and ashtray always stay clean & tidy everytime I went down to smoke. Very detail! 5. Huge movie room, billiard, and pingpong table. Very entertaining! ☺️. 6. The price is affordable, in my opinion. Such a big win. Add: only an hour from Jakarta! 🥹. I hope Ibis Bogor Raya stays and will always keep the good service! I've finally found a place for a short-escape from hectic Jkt!

First time staycation here and very very satisfying, the kids are happy because there is a movie room where you can watch movies anytime with a big screen and a comfortable atmosphere, there are activities for kids at night and it's free, you can ride a horse for free (at most as much as you can to buy snacks for the horse owner 😬). Basically, an unforgettable moment to enjoy a staycation at ibis style…. Thank you for the friendliness of all the staff 🫰🏻

The staff is very helpful with the information. Friendly. For those of us who are busy leaving our keys in the room twice. They are responsive. I have stayed here several times just to refresh myself even though the house was also renovated. Access can be accessed to Novotel. It's really fun. Thanks for the continued success.

The staff is very friendly, sensitive and attuned to the needs of the guests. There is a playground for families, which is cool. The rooms are also unique, clean and very comfortable.

So happy to be able to stay here. The service from the staff is very good, friendly and responsive. Equipped with a kids corner that provides various books and enough toys. And thank you for maintaining the cleanliness in the kids corner, even had time to check the dolls that were a bit damaged but not dusty. For breakfast is also quite varied and most importantly the taste is not half-hearted, all the food I tried was delicious. Had dinner at the restaurant too, the taste of the food I ordered and my family also tasted good. There is also a mini zoo that we can visit at the hotel next door and we can use the shuttle to get there. Anyway, thank you Ibis Styles Bogor. Vacation with family is fun.

Overall everything is good, only the bathroom water drainage system is not perfect so that water is stagnant on the bathroom floor, I called the receptionist for this complaint, and the officer immediately responded, but did not solve the problem. Because the water drainage hole on the floor is not low enough so that the bath water cannot go directly into the drainage hole. Hopefully in the future it can be fixed.

It was so much fun. The kids loved playing in the pool, riding their bikes and going around the green area of the hotel.

It's fun to take the kids on holiday during the long vacation, lots of activities, comfortable and fresh location.

As classy as ibos style as a 4 star hotel there is still a leaking shower. Room 321 please pay attention.

Always choose ibis because breakfast is included for 2 adults and 2 children.
