a bit below my expectations, when I saw the review with reality. when we stayed the hotel was a bit quiet,,, many dark spots,, the kijang room was not opened, the children's playground area had no AC on, breakfast was not at the ibis hotel but was moved to the novotel, because the restaurant was closed. a bit disappointed. But for the room and cleanliness are good.. and coincidentally the night when we stayed, there was an earthquake, which made me worried there would be aftershocks, because we were on the 6th floor...

Everything's great, had lots of fun.

when checking in was easy, the room was clean, the food had quite a lot of variations, you could also play at the Novotel mini zoo, there were horses that you could pay for as much as you wanted.

Alhamdulillah I can stay here again, this time I got the Family Room on the top floor, it was refreshing to see the green scenery in the morning.. When I checked in, the room wasn't ready, but I could wait in the Movie Room while snacking. The room has a calming vibe, it's just that the soundproofing from the bathroom next door is not good. The breakfast is very varied, going back and forth to get this and that. Hopefully I can come back again sometime and enjoy other facilities. Thank you

Very kids friendly. Clean, modern, comfortable room. Good staff service. Food tastes good. Only check in time is a bit long. Waited almost 1 hour. Maybe because it was a holiday too. Other than that it was okay. Thank you.

There is no soundproofing between the rooms, because it is quite disturbing to have the next door neighbor turning on the TV loudly at night and his family banging on the door at 6 in the morning, making for quite an uncomfortable holiday.

The check-in process is quite long, maybe because it's the second day of the peak season for Eid But while waiting for the room to be ready, there is a movie room like a mini cinema, there is a billiard table and a ping pong table so waiting is not too boring, it would be better if there was a welcome drink too but unfortunately there wasn't In terms of cleanliness, the room is good, the service is friendly, But the room is not soundproof. The wifi signal is also weak When having breakfast and the table is full, the hotel provides another breakfast room with a limited menu while waiting for the waiting list for seats in the restaurant, so again the wait is not felt because while enjoying the tahu2 dish, you are called to the restaurant because the table is already available. The breakfast menu is delicious and varied. Spacious parking lot, good swimming pool facilities, only the ceramics around the pool are a bit slippery Access is close to the toll road so there are no club traffic jams. It's just that at night access is limited because the hotel is in a residential area, so after 10 pm the housing portal is closed and you have to confirm with the housing security to enter. Order amenities from the old website, so you have to call first. You can't ride horses on weekdays, only on weekends. So you can only ride bicycles. For delicious food. But ordering spaghetti bolognese is a bit different from the dishes at night and in the morning.
