Amazing customer service from all the ibis team... from receptionist, housekeeping, bellboy, and even the security guys are so very friendly and helpful ! We sure had a pleasant stay while we were there.. Thanks for giving us the best hospitality ! Will definitely want to stay here again !

I had a pleasant stay here, while it only 3 stars hotel I felt like stay in 4 stars. Almost all the staff was friendly and helpfully. Also we had free access to swimming at Novotel.

Ibis Mangga Dua is a comfortable hotel and its location is close to Ancol, PIK. The breakfast is delicious and complete, the swimming pool is also combined with Novotel. Thank you, I recommend it.

Great Location, center of the city, integrate with big Shopping Mall. a lot of food, easy to find food. and in evening. maybe food choices at the outdoor
Not much to see at shopping mall because most of the shop are close. but have big supermarket at the basement.
Hotel room is a bit old, a bit smelly. because no sun shine can penetrate to the hotel. but the room is clean
breakfast is great. overall would recommend to stay at this hotel.

The room is clean, fragrant, neat, although a bit cramped, the location is strategic, the breakfast is delicious. The only thing is that the toilet facilities are lacking, there are no toiletries, only soap without a toothbrush (the reason is to reduce plastic waste), but that is actually very important for those who stay overnight without bringing anything.

Came here after watching a concert, the hotel room was comfortable and soundproof so I had a good rest without being disturbed by the room next door, the ambience was also okay.

Thank you for being our home while we were there. The service really made us comfortable and at home there. Fast response. Housekeeping always took care of us. Especially when we brought a baby. So very helpful.

Location is perfect, easy to find food and many thing surrounding. below is big shopping center. Breakfast is great
Room is good. room will be better if have cloth hanger in the toilet. no place to hang the cloth. hotel looks old . lift looks very old especially the carpet ( very old ).
Room is a bit smelly, I believe too many perfume to cover the smell because no sun shine at all which can penetrate to the room.
