we are been relocated to Grand Mercure due the low season super fast check in and check out super helpful staff from the security that help us with the direction and parking, the f.o staff with communicative and clear information, the f&b staff that charming and super care with the kiddos, the polite gardener near the pool, and the engineering that escort us to the gym. will coming back again

No hands to help me and my boys, so we carry our own luggage. Asking for a trolley but we waited and no update.) fast check in and check out. Got room on level 5 with neighborhood view. Linen was clean, but dust everywhere (top of TV, under the bed, under bedside, AC also dusty π₯Ή and make loud noise) located near Ambarrukmo Plaza, so we can witness the spectacular fireworks that held by Ambarrukmo Plaza only by foot, and because the crowd was super packed, walk was the only way to avoid jammed. Breakfast was good, nothing special. Although it was New Year's Day, nothing seemed special. The fresh fruits are not fresh enough, melon smells awful and tastes bad.

(+) spacious room with modern interior. Tasty breakfast. Swimming pool and fitness center also good. Strategies location.(-) access to lobby not really closed with elevator to parking area. Overall great and happy to stay there π. Thank you π

The hotel is worth the price. The room is clean even though it is small and the interior is a bit dated and damp. There was also water problem in the other room (we ordered a connecting room). However, the food was nice, despite paying more for the breakfast, as the price stated in app is only for 1 pax even though the hotel itself provides the package for 2 pax per room.

This hotel is the best 3-star hotel in Yogyakarta, the hospitality of the staff are amazing. The room is so cozy and the breakfast is also tasty. I don't have any complaints and I'll stay again, thank you ibis.

We were upgraded to Grand Mercure at the same building due to maintenance. Check in is seamless, room was clean, spacious and tidy, albeit a bit dated. All services throughout our stay were most pleasant.

The size of the room is moderate, but the bathroom is very narrow. I was traveling with my child and it ' s quite difficult to help her shower in the bathroom as the space is limited. Despite the area of the room, I give two thumbs up for the cleanliness, and the hotel has a working hairdryer in the bathroom, it helps me a lot π.
