we are been relocated to Grand Mercure due the low season super fast check in and check out super helpful staff from the security that help us with the direction and parking, the f.o staff with communicative and clear information, the f&b staff that charming and super care with the kiddos, the polite gardener near the pool, and the engineering that escort us to the gym. will coming back again

Forgot to take a photo 😁 the room is compact, suitable for resting for work, seminars or short trips. The food choices from the hotel restaurant are quite a lot, open until night too. The location is OK, although it was a bit confusing to find the lobby from the main road.

booked a king room but was given a twin, when I called they said oh yeah wrong, wait a minute we'll look for it first. The receptionist didn't read the order carefully. Even though the price is clearly different for a king and a twin. The room is clean, the AC is very cold, the towels need to be replaced

Stayed for 2 days, Check in at 3 am, well served. The room was clean, the mattress was also clean + there was a bolster. Standard amenities. The bathroom was clean although narrow, so be careful not to get muddy because the water was everywhere. The food at the restaurant was delicious and quite complete.

In terms of the condition of the hotel and the room, I think it is clean and good, but my suggestion for the condition of the mattress that I occupied yesterday was like two mattresses combined into one and one mattress was already curved so that the difference was very visible, Please replace it immediately because the comfort of the guest's sleep is one of the good conditions of the mattress foam. Thank you.
