I came in the morning at 03.00 and was still served friendly even though the staff was asleep. Rooms are narrow but not a problem. Stayed early & checked out at 10, so there wasn't a more impressive experience yet.

Bagus. Cuma pesan family room ternyata itu seperti ruangan dengan kapasitas 2 orang di paksa aja 2 bed. Biar bisa jadi family 4 orang. Ac sudah dingin dan enak gak capek turun tangga karena ada lift nya.

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan Grand Indonesia, Sarinah, dan MRT Bundaran HI. Banyak juga yang jual makanan dan ada alfamart di depan hotel. Citylight view dari kamar hotel.

Saya pesen tipe family yang 2 kasur besar karena emang butuh untuk 3 dewasa 1 bayi, pas sampe lokasi dibilang kamarnya abis udah dipesen orang sejak 2 hari lalu. Kalo abis kenapa masih bisa dipesen di aplikasi coba. Mana udah book 2 malam. Trus dikasi kamar deluxe 1 kasur plus extrabed. Yaudah mau ga mau. Pas udah masuk kamarnya eh flush toilet ga bisa, kamar mandi bau, AC dinginnya lama harus seharian nyala dulu baru dingin besoknya. Sedangkan bayi ga tahan panas udah gabisa tidur nangis terus. Pas komplain katanya nanti dibenerin house keeping ternyata ga ada dibenerin sama sekali. Cuma dikasih ember kotor buat nampung air untuk siram wc. Akhirnya ibu dan bayi pindah hotel aja. Dan ortu pindah ke kamar yang lebih kecil lagi dengan harga yang sama ya karena udah bayar lunas kan. Rugi parah pokoknya!

Humid room, small room, dim yellow lights, smelly water, elevator smells of Bankai, bed linen has holes and smells like it's never been replaced, no one helps lift the suitcase, the shower in the bathroom is gone. If you want to stay here, you have to think about it first.
