There was no mattress, just a bed base with a thin mattress cover over the top. Consequently, the bed was very hard. I stayed 2 nights and woke with a tired, sore back on both occasions. The air conditioner put out warm air regardless of the temperature setting on the control. As a result, it was very warm in the room. These two factors made for an unpleasant stay. The room was small but OK for two nights. It was clean, water pressure (including hot water) was excellent. There was a small bar fridge, refillable water, and decent WiFi. Close to Tanah Abang, eating places and malls.

They keep the floor clean. People who come to shop at TA, provide a place to put your goods with safety. But sometimes the receptionist keeps an eye on her phone and makes it unprofessional. But overall is good. They provide a water heater, a clean kitchen, and open space on the 6th floor. What a great experience

for 1st time, this hotel was awesome. Room rate so affordable around 150K/night, include water heater, wifi, AC, and TV, mineral water 2 bottles @300m (available mineral water on dispenser gallons in front of elevator for each floor, amenities. but for 2nd and 3rd times, wifi signal OK but not connected, few room need not good AC condition need to repair AC or refiill freon). there are 3 reception here, for night shift there are staff who not cooperative when I got the trouble in the room, he just said wait but nothing response report. but at least maid who clean up the room was amazing, she is honest. she remain me and bring me my phonecell and pillow till the reception in G floor. over all I give 7point from 10 for iHome. thank you.
