My 4th time staying here and 1st time post-pandemic. The service was still awesome, but they need to improve the cleanliness. Got my bedsheet changed because it smells like someone just smokes there. The hotel also reduced the amenities. No tissue in the room, just a small amount of thin and low-quality toilet paper. I know it’s pandemic, but please don’t lower your standard.

Definitely will come back here. Great hospitality from staffs and the room is clean. And the reason I stayed here because it’s connected to Everjoy caffe which produces great coffee

1. Excellent services, warm-greeting from staffs. 2. Nice and cozy room, plus super complete Cable TV. 3. Best breakfast at its class. The restaurant itself serves, I think, the best coffee in town. You have to try their affogato and the Gula Aren Latte.

The staff was very helpful in the early check-in process, because the time was tight before our wedding reception, so we asked to be able to check in early so that we could do our make-up in the hotel room before leaving for the wedding reception at another hotel.

I've stayed here several times, now it's a favorite when I go to Bandung, the location is okay, the rooms are comfortable, the cleanliness is okay, the food is okay, overall everything is okay, no complaints. It would be great if there is a fix or maintain it, thank you Ivory!

The service is good, only when the receptionist calls from the room it takes a while to pick up, the room is comfortable, only the air conditioning is a bit noisy and a bit annoying, and parking is a bit difficult, especially when the cafe is busy.

The hotel is very comfortable, the pillows are really soft, the food is delicious, the coffee is amazingly delicious, parking space is limited but you can leave the key with security to park it for free and safely.

Parking is difficult and access to the basement parking lot is narrow. Must be driven in and out, food for breakfast doesn't have many choices and it tastes very standard.

Stayed here for family vacation, room was nice, clean and bed was comfort, the only minus was the bathroom quite small but clean. Randomly we asked for baby bath basin, they have it! The reception team also very helpful to accommodate our requests. The only need for improvement was breakfast, not very kids friendly since some of breakfast menu are spicy. Location was amazing, near many cafes and BIP too, but very limited parking slot.

If you go to Bandung, especially if you stay for a long time and with family, staying here is always comfortable. The rooms are big, clean, feels like home. Continue to improve and maintain the cleanliness, comfort of the hotel & the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is also close to everywhere, lots of places to eat and distros. The premise is rather nice and comfy in almost a hideout place from the bustling Riau Street. The only fallout would be the WIFI. Its just not working from the room I stayed. Even after the complaint, the wifi was rather slow. As for the breakfast, its simple and lack varieties.
