My 4th time staying here and 1st time post-pandemic. The service was still awesome, but they need to improve the cleanliness. Got my bedsheet changed because it smells like someone just smokes there. The hotel also reduced the amenities. No tissue in the room, just a small amount of thin and low-quality toilet paper. I know it’s pandemic, but please don’t lower your standard.

Definitely will come back here. Great hospitality from staffs and the room is clean. And the reason I stayed here because it’s connected to Everjoy caffe which produces great coffee

1. Excellent services, warm-greeting from staffs. 2. Nice and cozy room, plus super complete Cable TV. 3. Best breakfast at its class. The restaurant itself serves, I think, the best coffee in town. You have to try their affogato and the Gula Aren Latte.

the room was spacious.. check in very fast.. all clean and I like their tv channels (they have all).. the location was dope very near to few factory outlets as it's located near jalan riau.. overall my stay was very nice and will definitely going back and stay at this hotel..

Hotel in the city center with very affordable price. Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Parking the car if full can be along the road is still safe. Always stay here when in Bandung because it is close to everywhere, many culinary places and also many distro along Trunojoyo.

I booked a family room and it was quite spacious so my family and I were quite comfortable, easy access to everywhere just by walking (cafes, restaurants, clothing stores and street food, and ATMs). The room price was still very affordable, the room was clean, had a smart TV, only the parking lot was quite narrow. But I was satisfied and it could be my next choice if I go to Bandung again. The staff was very helpful in the early check-in process, because the time was tight before our wedding reception, so we asked to be able to check in early so that we could do our make-up in the hotel room before leaving for the wedding reception at another hotel.

The service is good, only when the receptionist calls from the room it takes a while to pick up, the room is comfortable, only the air conditioning is a bit noisy and a bit annoying, and parking is a bit difficult, especially when the cafe is busy.

The hotel is very comfortable, the pillows are really soft, the food is delicious, the coffee is amazingly delicious, parking space is limited but you can leave the key with security to park it for free and safely.
