I arrived at midnight from outside the city of Semarang, arrived at room 303 on the 3rd floor, the floor was dusty so I canceled my prayer, the towel was dirty brownish and rough, the bed cover and pillow case were very dirty brownish and unusable so I used a house dress as a pillow case. I wanted to protest that there was no longer a receptionist, only a guard and they were not sensitive to guests. My husband was suffering from rheumatism and could not climb the stairs with a 30 kg suitcase without help, but we were forced to climb the small narrow stairs without any direction so we went around the 2nd floor then looked for our own floor to the 3rd floor without anyone's help.

Check. In at 23.00. Evening. Assisted by security. Comfortable room. Room. Bathe. Okay. Breakfast good. Worth it for the price of 35 thousand. There isn't any. The elevator so if you want to bring my mother. We ordered a room on the 1st floor. Thank you, OK.

This inn uses an ecowasher toilet (no bidet) so for those who are not used to it, it will be uncomfortable. The bed sheets and pillows look like they haven't been changed. The room smells of dust and wood. Either the glass or the water is dirty. But the male staff are friendly and helpful, and the inn is also very quiet.

So happy to stay here! Lokasinya strategis, dekat tempat makan (banyak restaurant korea), minimarket, UNDIP. Tempatnya masuk ke jalan perumahan tapi tidak jauh dari jalan raya besarnya. Jadi nyaman untuk istirahat karena tidak berisik. Bangunannya sepertinya sudah lama, tp suasananya tetap terasa nyaman. Seperti namanya, Java Go. Banyak ornamen bernuansa Jawa. Ada open public space ditengah ruangan di lantai 1 & 2 yang bisa dipakai untuk berkumpul atau sekedar santai baca buku. Kurangnya hanya tempat parkir yang terbatas. Namun tenang, staff menyiapkan tempat lain untuk parkir. Cukup komunikasikan ke staff, mereka akan mengarahkan. Kamarnya cukup luas, semua fasilitas di kamar berfungsi dengan baik. Hanya kurang tempat sampah di dalam kamar. Dibagian depan lantai 2 & 3 ada cafe + restaurant outdoor. Bisa liat pemandangan kota Semarang dari sini. Makanan yang disajikanpun enak. Kombinasinya pas. Semua staff disini ramah sekali dan sangat membantu. Terimakasih untuk pelayanannya yang memuaskan. Pertahankan yang baik & semoga bisa improve yang kurang baiknya. Pastinya akan balik lagi nanti nginep disini kalau main ke Semarang.

Parkir: sempit. Security: kurang. Welcome drink di kamar: tidak ada. Smart tv: tidak ada. Makanan: rasanya enak. Breakfast: belum sempet coba. Teko pemanas air: ada + kopi, gula, teh. Kamar: cukup baik, tp kunci kamar tidak bisa dikunci (kamar 202 executive) Pelayanan: baik. Overall saya cukup puas dengan harga vs pelayanan yang saya dapatkan. Tp kalo mau check out subuh/pagi-pagi harus atur strategi untuk parkirnya jangan sampai parkir di dalam karena akan terhalangi mobil yang lain.

Pesenya deluxe single bed pas sampai lantai 3 buka kamar dapetnya twn bed‼ ga da konfrimasi/pun penjelasan apapun. Turun ke FO eh beralasan. 1 kalo pesan di aplikasi sudah resiko ga sesuai yang di pesan. 2 beralasan dateng & pesan terakhir jadi dapetnya twn bed. Kalo selain itu kamar sudah full, sudah di pesan oleh cust lebih awal & pesanya sudah jauh-jauh hari. 3 minta refund karena tidak sesuai juga ga acc. Tempatnya yang tadinya nyaman jadi ga nyaman samsek. Tidak sesuai yang di pesan ‼

Feels like coming home, spacious room as described, king bed, clean, friendly staff, minimal parking but its okay. Cafe on the 2nd floor, dinner around 8 o'clock, feels like a private dinner, calm and serene, delicious food. Breakfast menu is limited, but delicious and very sufficient. Just a suggestion, the towels are a bit wrinkled and the color of the pillowcases is faded, but they are clean.
