We had so much fun staying at jhl solitaire. The staff was so wonderful, we asked for anniversary decorations and they fulfilled the request perfectly yet pretty. Thank you jhl solitaire. Definitely we'll be back for another wondrous stays at jhl solitaire

I had the most pleasant stay here. All the staff are helpful and kind, and also extra miles services. The food and accommodation were both exceptional, We loved our stay here, the rooms, services, everything has been lovely! We are sad to leave to soon. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed here with my wife and our 3 children in Executive Suites for three nights as a part of our End of Year getaway. The architecture of the hotel is one of its kind. The room size follows the curve of the design, so it's not just a jewel-shaped façade covering the building the way we thought before. Service is great, clean and neat. free breakfast in a great restaurant and free afternoon tea come with our reservation which make it a memorable weekend for our children. One thing we did not expect is the quality of the elevators cart, which look old, and somehow degrade its premium brand as a 5-star hotel. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend my friends and families to stay in this hotel.

I stayed here during the Eid holiday, the staff service was very friendly, there were many kids activities ranging from riding a horse-drawn carriage, coloring, batik and watching children's films together, the hotel was fragrant and fragrant, the room was clean, spacious, the bed was soft, the AC was cold, there was a bathtub in the bathroom, the Wifi signal was steady. the breakfast menu was varied and the taste was delicious. thank you JHT Solitaire our staycation moment was enjoyable 😊

Honestly, I didn't expect a hotel as luxurious as this to have less oxtail soup, I think the broth ran out so they made it on the spot with water and vegetables plus seasoning. Because the oxtail meat tastes like oxtail, the broth can be seen in the photo, it's clear like a thick vegetable soup like oxtail soup should be, btw I ordered on April 11th at night around 11-12 pm in the smoking room. Next time I'll stay here again and will order the oxtail soup again, I just want to know if it really tastes like that, or if I just ran out of soup yesterday so I just replaced it with broth 🤔

the hotel staff are all friendly and kind and the hotel facilities are all really good, the best of the hotels I have ever visited, so addicted to the next destination. from the type of room I visited in the junior suite room type, it was really good, the sophisticated technology that was friendly to use, and the facilities offered to my child in various kids Activity activities, the executive lounge that was obtained was really cool, then continued with breakfast, various dishes offered by the hotel facilities, a children's pool in the aquarium and a public swimming pool for all hotel guests, very fun and attracts the attention of visitors, this hotel is behind child-friendly and elderly-friendly, highly recommended guys for all groups.

The location is close to Summarecon Mall Serpong, the room is clean and even the lowest room type comes with a bathtub. Breakfast is standard, with the only highlight being the salmon sashimi. However, the restaurant staff were not very friendly

Friendly staff, full smile, good courtesy and responsive.
Comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast is varied and delicious, coffee taste is also good.
Acquaree for kids is fun, 1 hour playing in the kids spa, we parents can join the spa too. I tried to message back. It was so good!! Reliable therapist..
