As 3 stars hotels Jimmers already meet the service expectation. Jimmers has so much potential to become 5 stars hotel. It have so many facility that kids friendly like swimming pool, child playground, fish feeding, soon rabbit house, and etc. The view is stunning and relaxing.

Rooms were spacious, booked 2 rooms for 4 people but actually 1 room can fit up to 5 people with 3 beds, so there was plenty of space. Some areas of the hotel are quite new and we love the spacious outdoors and multiple spots to hangout, and of course take selfies! This was a huge deal because when we stayed there was also another big group staying, but overall the hotel didn't feel crowded because of the spacious outdoors. During the evening, the outdoor lights are so romantic. Didn't expect it from a hotel located not so high in Puncak, but the morning and afternoon view from the restaurant and garden terrace were so beautiful. Also quite surprised that facilities are complete and relatively new e.g. kids playground, billiard, gym, karaoke room, store, restaurants, and definitely huge clean swimming pool! Will definitely comeback!

The view was great!! We love the swimming pool so much. it's clean and big. great for family vacation. they have almost everything in the hotel. huge swimming pool, gym, playground, karaoke, billiard and large garden. Lovely view.

I stayed here, the room was nice and the view was of the mountains, there was also a balcony in the room, the breakfast was also delicious, I checked in at 7 pm with Mrs. Linda, she was a nice and friendly person, all the staff were also friendly, at night there was live music and in the morning you could see cute animals at the hotel facilities, this hotel is highly recommended for those who want to staycation

The hotel is nice & comfortable. The swimming pool is also clean, all the kids are happy. The only thing lacking in the room is that there is no small spoon to make tea / coffee, the bathroom smells bad, maybe you can install air freshener for the room and bathroom like other hotels. For the bathroom floor, it seems that it should be brushed regularly after someone has peed because it is slippery & there is also a lack of mats in front of the bathroom door. My child slipped. The canteen is too expensive. 2-3 times the price of a supermarket. The access road there is quite nerve-wracking but thank God it is paid off by the beautiful scenery around the hotel.

It is a nice hotel. They have rooms with 3 big beds which suit us. The room is spacious for sure, with a good view. They have plenty of facilities that can be used with additional cost (karaoke, billiard, playground, etc.). The pool is clean, the food booth is nice and not too pricey.

I booked a family room but when I arrived it turned out to be on the 3rd floor and without a lift. Entering the area I smelled an unpleasant odor and poor cleanliness. I complained because I brought an 84-year-old elderly person who had difficulty going up to the 3rd floor. Hopefully this review can help and be a review for the management to find a solution. Because the capacity of the family room is not necessarily all visited by young people. Luckily the staff was very alert and responsive. It should have been given information that the room was on the upper floor without a lift so that prospective guests could understand whether the room was suitable for their needs. Thank you

Second time coming here. The second experience, there were points that went down but many went up. The points that went down for some reason were the pillows became less comfortable, I had a sore neck when I slept. Then the room lights were very dim, until I bought my own lamp at Alfa. The points that went up were like the food from Jimbo Mart which was worth buying, cheap and delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel area such as the garden, pool, and other areas was really top notch even though it was crowded but the cleanliness of the room was so so. The view of the hill was so beautiful, the swimming pool even though it was crowded but because it was so big it was still nice to swim. Now there is a mini zoo too, there wasn't before. You have to bring a fit vehicle here because when there is a steep incline plus a bend Next time I will come here again. Hopefully the pillows will be updated

The view is beautiful, very suitable for a family vacation because there is an indoor playground & animal feeding, the kids will definitely be happy.. There is also live music at night, exciting. Large swimming pool, spacious & clean rooms, fragrant towels. The downside is that there is no soap & shampoo provided, only handwash. The room freshener ran out, we asked for a new one and it was immediately replaced, the service was okay. It paid off with the view even though the entrance is steep. Aah thanks jimmers

The first time I arrived, I was greeted by security and directed to the reception to check in. The staff were very friendly and informative. The environment is very clean, especially the surrounding pool area. It's just that the access road is very steep. But it's really worth it to come back.. because we didn't get breakfast.. we took a morning walk to the area around the local housing. There was fried rice with cilok spices. Really, really, the cilok spices are really delicious 😭 the rice and fried food are also delicious, the price is really cheap..

A comfortable hotel for families, I will definitely come back here again. The only downside is that when I first checked in there were no towels or hotel slippers. I asked the hotel staff for them and they were delivered the next morning. That's the only downside. Hopefully the service will be better in the future. Overall, it's okay.

the room is really dirty + lots of ants plus there are itchy butterflies on the curtains. please prioritize cleanliness, body wash is empty, shampoo is also absent. the sheets are full of ants, the floor is filthy, the curtains are also dirty and have not been washed. the roof top is also very dirty, the lights are dim. just a suggestion, when people check in, the room should be checked again first while being cleaned again so that the occupants can sleep comfortably, because we have paid a high price, why not make it comfortable, it would be a loss. even wanting to rent a swimming ring for a child is not allowed.
